These terms govern the use of the Triticum Healthcare trade portal (“Service”) operated by Triticum Healthcare Private Limited (CIN U85100AS2022PTC022452).

Trade Accounts

All accounts must be verified with valid GSTIN and Drug License. PTR pricing is confidential and only accessible to verified partners.

Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. All prices are exclusive of GST unless noted. Credit terms are set on a per-account basis.

Returns

Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Batch expiry returns follow CDSCO guidelines.
